A vibration motor is an excitation source that combines power and vibration sources. A vibration motor is a set of adjustable eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the rotor shaft, and the excitation force is obtained by utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks. The vibration motor has high utilization rate of excitation force, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life, and can be adjusted steplessly, making it easy to use.
1. Vibration motors newly installed or discontinued for more than three months should have their insulation resistance measured between the stator winding and the base not less than 5Ma (using a 500 volt megohmmeter), otherwise they should be dried. Whether the connections between components are good, and whether the metal casing of the starting equipment is reliably grounded. Reliable connection with bolts.
2. Check if the fastening bolts of the vibration motor are tightened and if the spring washers are missing.
3. Check whether the wiring of the motor meets the requirements and whether the casing is reliably grounded.
4. Check if the starting equipment wiring is correct, the starting device is flexible, and the contacts are in contact.
5. The vibration motor is connected to the power supply through the cable in the junction box, and the grounding core wire should be grounded.
The outgoing lines U, V, and W of the vibration motor are respectively connected to the power supply with known phase sequences A, B, and C. From the end close to the outlet box, facing the motor end, the motor rotates clockwise. Confirm the correct direction of the motor before conducting a trial run.
Vibration motors can be divided into models such as VB, YZS, YZO, TZD, ZDS, etc. They are widely used in industrial sectors such as hydropower construction, thermal power generation, construction, building materials, chemical engineering, mining, coal, metallurgy, and light industry.
